  4. Due to transport restrictions, we regret to inform our customers that we are currently unable to ship orders to addresses outside the UK Mainland. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

    • PostOffice: One of the most trusted names in mail delivery, the PostOffice ensures secure and timely deliveries across the UK.
    • DPD: Renowned for its reliable parcel dispatch and tracking services, DPD ensures that you remain informed about the whereabouts of your package every step of the way.
    • Hermes: With a strong track record of delivering parcels throughout the UK, Hermes is another of our trusted partners that guarantees secure and efficient delivery.
    • Yodel: Yodel delivers millions of parcels every week to every postcode across the UK. That’s why we have more than 49 sites nationwide to help get your parcel delivered on time, no matter where you need it to be.
  6. Delivery Charges

    In general,
    • Standard Delivery charged at £2.95. We aim to deliver within 3-5 working days.
    • Orders over £75: FREE standard delivery.
    • Large Order, typically over 5KG will be charged based on the package weight and dimension. Exact delivery charge will be calculated manually and customer will be advised before the order is processed.

    Note: Charges may vary depending on the size and weight of the package. The exact delivery cost will be shown at the checkout.

  7. Delivery Timeframes

    • Standard Delivery: Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to be delivered.

    Note: Deliveries might be delayed during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you if we expect any significant delays.

  8. Tracking Your Order

  9. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel's journey. Simply click on the link or enter the tracking number on the respective courier's website.

  10. Missed Deliveries

  11. If you're not available to receive your parcel, our courier partners will leave a note with instructions on how to reschedule or where to collect your package.
